This Saturday, Cal State LA and Billie Jean King will be hosting a tennis clinic. Some LATA members went last year and had nothing but good things to say about it, and Cal State will be putting up LATA banners at the site. Registration info is in the link below. It promises to be a fun day!

Hello LATA Members:
Many of you remember our dearly departed former board president David Newlon and were good enough to come to his memorial back in August. If you’d like to have another opportunity to bond with fellow tennis players in celebrating David’s life, there will be a doubles social followed by a catered luncheon in Palm Springs next Sunday, October 21st. The invitation is attached; there’s a number to which to RSVP should you be able to make it. It promises to be a celebration worthy of David — if you can make it, you’ll be welcome!
